- *Payment: 20% deposit validates booking, complete payment when the therapist arrives, we accept cash naira/dollars and transfer.
- *Advance booking: we recommend booking your appointment at least one hour in advance to ensure availability.
- *Professional standards: inappropriate behavior results in session termination without refund.
- *Refund: refunds will only be made if we are the reason the session didn’t hold.
- *Late booking: an extra 15k will be charged for sessions booked from 8pm
- *After the session, we kindly request that you send us your reviews and feedbacks. This will help us identify areas for improvement and to serve you better.
